Browse our three packages — Starter, Growth, and Commitment — and choose the one that fits your child's needs and your budget. Booking takes under 3 minutes via our Calendly link. No lengthy forms, no phone calls required.
Based on your child's age, year group, subjects, and personality, we personally select the most suitable companion from our vetted pool. You'll receive a companion profile — including their personality type, background, and subjects — before the first session. You can also browse and request a specific companion.
Your companion arrives at your home, on time and prepared. The session follows a clear structure — a check-in, two focused study blocks, a short break, and a wrap-up. The Ask Steadii AI tool is available throughout for any knowledge questions your child encounters. The companion is always in control — your child never interacts with AI directly.
Within 24 hours of every session, you'll receive a clear session report by email. It covers what subjects were worked on, how your child's focus was, what progress was made, any questions raised through Ask Steadii, and what to prioritise next time. You're always in the loop — never in the dark.

We're looking for young adults aged 16–21 who genuinely care about making a difference. Here's how the application process works.
Fill in our short application form — your name, age, availability, subjects, and a short paragraph on why you want to be a Steadii companion. Takes about 5 minutes.
We have a short, friendly interview to get to know you. We also conduct reference checks to ensure every companion meets our safety and quality standards.
You'll complete our structured companion onboarding — including the Steadii personality assessment — and receive your training on the Ask Steadii tool and session structure.
You're matched with a student, receive their profile in advance, and head into your first session fully prepared. Support from the Steadii team is always available.
Being a Steadii companion is one of the most meaningful things a young person can do. You earn, you grow, and you genuinely change a child's life.
Every part of Steadii has been structured with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower guidelines for young workers in mind. Compliance isn't a checkbox for us — it's a reflection of how much we respect our companions.
Companions can take a maximum of 3 sessions per day — naturally staying within MOM limits.
Our 10-minute in-session break and structured scheduling ensure this is never missed.
All companions fall within the MOM-approved young worker age range for this type of engagement.
Every companion is covered during active sessions. Parents and companions are both protected.
