Someone who wants to just sit on their phone while the student does homework
Someone who is unreliable or frequently cancels commitments
Someone who only wants the money and has no interest in the student's wellbeing
Someone who loses patience quickly with children who struggle
Someone outside the 16–21 age range — this is a MOM compliance requirement
